Customer service is our number one goal

General manager:
Carol Amolsh has been an optician/office manager in the Victorville area for over twenty years, having done optical work for over thirty years. Priding herself on customer service on optics expertise and customer satisfaction, she exceeds customer expectations. She is an expert using the Zeiss Eye Terminal. Her hobbies include bowling and European sporting games. Carol has five step children and was originally from the Detroit area.

 

Judie Smith is our insurance biller and receptionist at Advanced Optometric Eyecare. She has been in ophthalmic practices since 1999, and with us since 2007. Judie handles all our customer insurance needs and issues. At her church, Judie does volunteer accounting service, and enjoys fine baking and sewing in her spare time. She has six children.

 

 

Janice Torres has been in customer service since 2005. She has been in Optometry for the last three years. She is familiar with patient testing, optical dispensing, repairs, and fitting, and is an expert with the new Zeiss Eye Terminal. She is bilingual, and is a native to Southern California, being born in Orange County. Janice took honor classes and was in advanced placement classes in High School.

 

 

Mindy Hanson has been in ophthalmic practices since 2000. She does our pretesting, frame selection, and dispensing. Mindy is an expert with the new Zeiss Eye Terminal. Mindy's prior work includes being a receptionist and customer service specialist. She enjoys fine cuisine, bowling and aerobic activities, and has two children. Mindy does volunteer work as a Sunday School Teacher with teenagers and youth.

 

 

Terry Green has been in ophthalmic practices since 1988. She specializes in frame adjustments and lens edging in our office lab. She has 22 years of contact lens training experience. Terry is an expert with the new Zeiss Eye Terminal. Terry has been married for 22 years, and this mother of three is a native of Victorville.

 

 

 

Colette has experience working with the public most recently with American Security Bank. She works the front desk, does pretesting and gives general information.
